Use this form to declare that you withdraw from your first Prompt Guard Pro purchase. You do not need to create an account or give a reason. This is different from cancelling your next renewal in Manage subscription.
The declaration is recorded for human processing. Submitting it does not automatically charge, refund or cancel a Stripe subscription. For a timely withdrawal, we process the cancellation and refund separately. See the Terms. You can also send a clear withdrawal statement to info@ironstride.nl.
