Your account controls are in the extension's Account section.
Open the extension and choose Refresh usage to see your allowance and reset date. To sign in, request a code from the extension and enter the latest code there.
Reopening the panel keeps you signed in. A browser restart or an extension update, reload or disable clears the memory session, so you will need a new sign-in code.
Your plan and payments
Open Account in the Prompt Guard extension. Choose View upgrade to review the €4.99 monthly subscription, including VAT, in Stripe Checkout. Pro includes 100 AI improvements per paid monthly billing period and renews monthly until you cancel. Only completing a purchase starts a paid subscription.
After payment, return to the extension and choose Refresh usage. A successful return to this page does not itself confirm paid access. If payment succeeded but your plan has not updated, do not buy again. Contact support with your account email and payment reference, without sending card details.
After your first payment is confirmed, we email the purchased contract text, payment reference and first paid period with its UTC timestamps. Save this confirmation. Pro includes 100 improvements in total per paid period; the free allowance is not added to it.
Choose Manage subscription to open Stripe's customer portal. There you can view available invoices, update your payment details and cancel future renewal. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Signing out, uninstalling the extension or closing this page does not cancel your subscription.
Free includes three AI improvements per calendar month, counted in UTC. The local library and templates remain free. Signing in does not start a paid subscription. Free never converts automatically to Pro. Unused improvements do not carry over.
Withdraw from your first purchase
You can withdraw from your first Pro purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period without giving a reason. A timely withdrawal ends that purchase and gives a full refund of the first payment, without deducting used improvements. It is different from cancelling the next renewal. Your saved library and context profile remain encrypted on your device. Export your library before removing the extension or clearing browser data. The JSON export is readable and does not include your context profile or account session. Keep it privately.
For account access or deletion, email info@ironstride.nl from your account email address. We verify ownership before handling account data. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or payment card details.
